Jonas Eika is the author of Lageret Huset Marie, Efter solen (After the sun, transl. Sherilyn Hellberg) and, most recently, Åben himmel, a historical novel about the beguines, a religious women’s movement that spread across western Europe during the 13th century. Besides that, they have edited a collection of poems by Ivan Malinowski under the title, Er døden ikke politisk? and, in collaboration with Nanna Dahler, translated Jackie Wang’s Carceral Capitalism into Danish (Fængselskapitalisme, OVO press 2021).
